Ezekiel Gachuruzi is the Founder and Director of Royal Realty Group, bringing a unique perspective to the Australian property industry through his multicultural background, lived experience, and commitment to helping people achieve housing security.
Born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ezekiel spent much of his childhood and early years in Uganda before migrating to Australia in 2022. His journey across different countries and cultures has shaped his understanding of the importance of having a safe place to call home and the life-changing impact that housing can have on individuals and families.
Fluent in five languages including French, Swahili, Kinyarwanda/Kirundi, Luganda, and Lunyankole, Ezekiel is passionate about connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and helping them navigate the Australian property market with confidence.
His passion for real estate comes from personal experience. When he first arrived in Australia, Ezekiel faced significant challenges finding suitable housing and spent time living in community housing while trying to establish himself. He understands firsthand how overwhelming and difficult the housing process can be for new arrivals, first-home buyers, renters, and families seeking stability.
These experiences inspired him to establish Royal Realty Group with a clear mission: to make property more accessible, more transparent, and easier to navigate for everyone, regardless of their background, circumstances, or stage of life. Ezekiel believes that every person deserves access to quality housing and trusted guidance throughout their property journey.
Beyond real estate, Ezekiel has demonstrated strong leadership within the community. He has participated in national youth leadership and advisory programs, including engagement with government and community stakeholders to help shape conversations around youth participation, inclusion, and opportunity. His work reflects a broader commitment to empowering people and creating pathways for success.
Today, Ezekiel works with buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and families across South Australia, combining local market knowledge with genuine care for his clients' goals. His approach is built on trust, education, clear communication, and long-term relationships.
